1. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, refunds or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
- The package was tampered with or incomplete
To be eligible, the request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)

To initiate a request:

- Provide your order number
- Attach clear photos or videos of the issue
- Briefly describe the problem
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Method & Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet
5. Replacement Policy
If approved, replacements will be shipped at no additional cost. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team
- Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible
